Sleep paralysis?

Heyo everyone! I'm not sure if I am having sleep paralysis because of some spiritual reasoning and I need some help figuring it out. The first time I had ever had it was when I first astral projected. I freaked out inside because I saw a shadow figure, but it felt like something bad and it grew larger and larger with sharp looking talons for hands. They were about 3 times the size of a normal hand. Anyways, I remember I tried screaming but nothing could come out. It was like my vocals cords were being silenced but not by me. I tried swinging my hand up or to open my eyes at least and I couldn't move one bit. I tried for about 10 seconds then I opened my eyes. I got up super fast and went upstairs. I had no clue what happened. I just started diving into different spiritual things, like spirit guides, how to contact them, different types of spirits, past lives, how to contact my higher self. I meditated a lot. I was also starting to learn astral projection, in which resulted in my first one that lead to sleep paralysis. That was back in 2018. Now I am experiencing paralysis again and I am not sure why. And it's right before I fall asleep. It has happened 2 times in the past 1 and a half weeks. It's weird because everytime it was in the same place, at someone elses house. I experience a pulsating buzzing in my head when it happens. First I feel pressure inside my head, and then the buzzing and the paralysis simotaneously right after. The first time i was a bit frightened because it hasnt happened to me in about 2 years, but i got over it quickly. The buzzing was constant the first time, but the second time it was one medium length electrical type buzz then a short one and a long one following that. This one lasted about 5 seconds. If anyone knows what could possibly be truggering this, please let me know. I'm really curious as to why it's happening. Thank you for reading all of this. It means a lot

Well almost all of the time when you see beings in sleep paralysis they could be created by you because you’re scared of being stuck in sleep paralysis. The best thing to do when you have sleep paralysis is breathe, try to relax and wiggling your fingers and moving your eye brows up and down if you can help you get out of it. You can try sleep spells also so that you can get a better night sleep. There’s not a lot of things that doctors can do for sleep paralysis but you can try talking to your doctor and see if they can prescribe you medicine to help you get a better night sleep. Also maybe if you tried learning to control lucid dreaming or astral projection that could help there are a few techniques that you can find on this website.

Hope that helps :)

Thank you for replying and helping! I did read up on the seeing shadow people before. Never knew it could be from my own psych. It's fascinating how brains work. I did try to move my arm before the third time. Which was fairly recent, yesterday early in the morning. I felt only a slight twitch in my finger. Do you know what the buzzing could be? There was something call "tremors" or this other one that was a scary symptom of an anxiety disorder. Does buzzing normally happen in sleep paralysis?

I know some people who have experienced that but I’m not sure of the cause. If you can try a few protection spells before you go to bed and see if that helps
