Does anyone know of any spells that can alter your perception of time? I’m thinking of a spell that, when you use it, your perception of time is slowed down, but you still move, so when people see you at their normal time perception, they see someone moving slightly faster. I’ve looked for a bit and I can’t find any. Thanks!
There is no means of physically slowing down or speeding up time. You can look into meditative states of processing this. If you are willing to work using either meditation, lucid dreaming or Astral Projection to achieve this sense, but in real time, you can't alter the movement of time and space, only observe it from different perspectives.
If you are looking more into understanding passage of matter, time is irrelevant, since it is simply a manner in which we are tracking movement, but movement isn't necessarily attached to this tracking. The tracking is static, so in a manner of speaking time is static in which it remains the same for us in terms of tracking and marking passage. (hours of the day, days of the week etc.) but the movement of matter (materials, energy growth) is fluid, constantly flowing and changing. There are dozens of different theories and perspectives on how relevant time actually is.
The bigger question would be to consider why you are trying to slow down time? If there is something you are trying to accomplish (study more prior to a test, enjoy moments more with someone going away/dying etc.) There can be other spells or ways to accomplish this, but altering the state of time physically can't be done. Altering your perspective might be done with meditation, as mentioned before.

The closest I could recommend would be working with Chronos or the servitor Fotamecus. Neither one will be able to do what you seek, but the former is a god of time and the latter is used to change a practitioner's perception of time, though he does take the balance from elsewhere (or so those who have used him would say)
