How do you get into deeply meditated, trance, shamannic, psychic state?
Do you have any tips for that?

Practice and more practice.
There are also other types of meditation than just mindfulness. Some people would use things like a rattle or drumming for shamanic work, as well as mantras etc. to help bring states in which words and sounds bring rhythm but mean little until deep enough.

Like prsona said: practice. That's your best bet. Don't give up if you keep trying and don't succeed. Everyone develops skills at different rates. Some may use various additional variables to contribute to their success. Like drums, as was mentioned. Personally, I like to practice various measures of breathing techniques. Sometimes coupled with either binaural beats, such as a delta wave; progressive metal music featuring polyrhythms, such as Bleed by Meshuggah; or something like jazz or jazz inspired music to help relax the mind.

However, as someone with rls I personally find it a wee bit difficult to actually sit down and meditate without extreme discomfort. As a result I have learned to commit to meditations on the go. I like to call it walking meditation. Same process as normal, relatively, but I'm otherwise physically active. Which is also a good gateway to learning certain forms of pathwalking. But for the times I actually want to sit down, relax and meditate I will use a bit of higher % cbd strain of hemp bud to help calm the nerves; although, this is legally an age restricted method and more reserved in my use to help when my rls is really bad.

There's many ways to reach what you want. You just have to practice and figure out what works for you.
