need suggestions

2 weeks ago i was robbed by a neighbor. i know for sure who did it so that's not an issue. i've already warned him that i want my things back. at the moment i'm casting the classic water glass spell on him using something he left behind. as soon as the moon goes dark, i plan to cast many more on him. any suggestions for additional sure-fire spells to punish a thief?

Call the police

either you live in an upper class neighborhood or else you have no experience dealing with the police.

I think there are a lot of spells that will help you essentially "punish" them but in my opinion the best thing to do would be to call the police and get the robbers punished that way.
