Experiance

While meditating, I usually do this in a quiet room away from distraction. I have my phone playing a waterfall sound.

I start by imagining myself next to a waterfall (one I have visited), opening my eyes I see the waterfall sitting on a rock close to the waterfall itself, while doing this I am usually imagining my chakras letting them flow, balancing them out, rooting myself to the surrounds, become one with the nature and just letting my senses slowly go in to more and more detail. Only this time I noticed something different, not sure if it was me or an animal companion but there was an Ant in my visualization.

No words where said, and I just remember it sitting there, 43 minutes later I came out of my meditation. First time I have seen this, and wondering is this how it worked for others, I stopped trying to find my spiritual creature about 5 years ago, and just enjoy the meditation and practicing my visualization.

Thank you for taken the time to read this.

Very cool. I'm curious as to what you think the symbolism is behind it?

The ant could possible be just be passing through, or it's a reminded that even during tough times have the strength to continue. If having trouble times in your life, whether this is family or work you may be feeling like you are unheard by the people around you and the ant is telling you to push on. It might also be a reminder to work on root charka. Try to mediate again only focus on the ant and ask if it wants to step forward and be a teacher to you. if it does not show once, then just go back to what you normally do.
