Elementals in Australia

Hey All,

I've been reading about Faeries both here and various other places online. I was wondering if anyone outside of the UK had and experience with Faeries? I only ask because they seem to be deeply rooted into Celtic lore.

Even if they are not as famous as their U.K counterpart their are fae folklore known as theMimis. They are often said to be so tall and thin that the wind could easily carry them away and that they apparently live in small places between rocks, to protect themselves. They are said to have shown the Aboriginal people how to hunt Kangaroo, cook and paint, they are known to bemischievous, but are quite harmless.
