How do I post my spells?

Usually I don't think they'll work and after I tried it they actually work but it drains my energy and gives me heavy breathing.

You have to be in a Council -level position in a coven to post spells. The Spell Casters coven automatically promotes anyone who joins to the Council, but this can lead to some fake spells being posted.
