I don't really know much about jinn except that they're part of the Muslim faith. Just now I did some quick research and according to most of my sources working with Jinn is extremely dangerous and requires years and years of training and/or tutelage from a master of Quran mysticism. Even then you have to be 110% sure of your reasons behind summoning one and you absolutely have to know exactly what you're doing. You also have to be ready for the jinn to try to kill you because most of them are pretty violent and don't like being manipulated by people. Also, you need to know a bunch of specific Quran verses and adhkaar prayers to protect yourself from them. They are like demons, but they are mostly morally ambiguous as opposed to 100% evil. They don't grant wishes like in the folktales, and they're usually called upon to possess somebody, cause ailments, share hidden knowledge or protect a place/item from harm. Also, jinn don't work for free: you have to give them something in return for their service.

However, I can't stop you if that's what you really want to do. Here is a url link to a spell on SoM that's designed to summon a jinn.

Coincidentally someone on reddit was asking about this exact same thing just a day ago. The only reply was basically saying that this is a super bad idea. If you'd like to describe the intention you have behind summoning a Djinn, we could provide you with better and safer alternatives.

Quoted from www.reddit.com/r/MagicUsers/comments/bb742i/geniedjinn_invocation/ :

"

  1. I would not recommend working with a djinn. They don't exactly have a reputation for being friendly. Or safe. IMHO, I would discount that idea entirely.

  2. The better route here is magic. You can wish for something, but until there is action and intention behind it, you're going nowhere. In other words, wishes are sweet, but entirely made from bulls***.

Or if you really want to conjure something, angels and spirit animals are usually pretty safe.
