Latin Elemental Exorcism

I found this spell under the banishment section of the spiritual spell category. I was wondering if anyone had any success with this? To the author RexValentine and any other readers, would you be so kind as to share the origins of this? I really want to know. Thank you kindly.

It appears that RexValentine is no longer a member of this site. Some of the wording does not appear to be correct, but the gist of the material is an exorcism of an unclean spirit by the powers of wind and fire.
