Oceanic Crystals

This thread is about crystals associated with Sea Witches, or the ocean/water in general. Anyone else can add to this as well, of course. I'll start with just the one so as not to make an incredibly huge post.

Aquamarine: Also known as the stone of Courage and Protection; Treasure of Mermaids

Personally one of my favorite crystals, alongside amethyst. It has some of the most wonderful healing properties and makes me feel like I am right there at the beach. This stone while used in meditation can bring insight from the higher self to apply to your daily life.

Astrological sign: Aries, Gemini & Pisces

Crystal System: Hexagonal

Chakra: Throat & Heart

The properties for this stone include but are not limited to the following:

• Intellectual growth
• Inner knowledge
• Overcoming judgment of others
• Encourages tolerance

I adore Aquamarine, it is an amazing crystal to help give support to people to are overwhelmed in life. It's also an amazing crystal to add into a healing spell. A healing spell to heal the throat and stomach, these two are very common when it comes to healing with Aquamarine.

And actually, I do enjoy the history of it and how sailors used it to protect them from drowning and reduce seasickness. It also served as a protective crystal because during the sailing times because it would help block out "evil" energies.
