I was walking to my mothers bedroom to retrieve something I had left. I was compelled to look at the floor, under the bed, so I did. When I looked there was a figure staring back, it was all white, and had three black circles. Two as eyes and one as a mouth.I had only seen the head though. I made eye contact with if for a second then it quickly went back further under the bed to the point where I couldn't see it. I thought nothing of it since the behavior and how quick it happened mimicked the actions of my dog. I go to turn around and my dog was behind me the entire time. When my brain processed that what I saw wasn't my dog I quickly got on all fours and looked under he bed. It was gone. Ever since that encounter I have seen shadows now and then slip past my vision. This had happened a few weeks ago and I still don't know what to think of it.
I know a lot of people have e seen this, but do you have any answers as to what I saw or what I should do about it. I still see shadows form time to time.
I would be lying if i said i haven't seen shadow people before, and even though its terrifying to see one they aren't exactly harmful at least in my experiences, i see them mostly when i work with my black mirror and only a handful of times in the astral side of it, and sometimes in my dreams. Its hard to determine what they are, but honestly aside from banishing them from your house and keeping your own aura/mind/body clean of negative influences there isn't much you can do. If this is the same shadow people (gravediggers) anyway's i have dealt with. I do hope the best of luck to you on the matter, keep in mind sometimes our minds play tricks on us as well so be wary and question everything before succumbing to fear.
I have seen what people refer to as "shadow people", and in my experiences they are not harmful and have not lingered for very long. They are probably more of a nuisance than anything.
If you are having trouble, ask them to leave you and your space. If they refuse to listen, cleanse, banish and ward.
