Shinki Spell

Is it possible to make it?

Shinki are anime characters, not real beings. So it is unlikely that a shinki-spell will work.

However, what exactly is the goal of the particular spell you wish to use? It is possible to work with spirits depending on what it is you wish to do.

Actually, I want to fight "the bad guys" (including the "evil" ghosts, for example)

You can't "fight" with magick, not as you would see in TV or Movies.

In regards to Shinki, they sound a lot like spirits that are contained within homes, there are spirit vessels which can contain spiritual beings or human spirits, that if desired, a spirit can inhabit, but they aren't going to be used in fights.
