Help with dragon spirits

Can someone please tell me some tips or advice on what to do and not to do when casting a dragon spirit spell

What's a Dragon spirit spell? A spell to call on Dragon energies? Or is this a spell to change you into some kind of Dragon which doesn't work. If you wish to work with Dragons you can start by setting up a Dragon altar, you should also practice meditation because it can help you connect with them easier if you can go into deeper states of meditation.
