First of things fist, sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong forum. I'm still relatively new and I'm not sure if what I'm about to talk about is relevant to this forum.
So last night I had this bizarre dream of me trying to kill a cockroach. I have a horrible fear of cockroaches, so I was chasing all over my room trying to kill it. But after maybe ten minutes of chasing it, it just oddly disappeared. I tried looking for it a bit more, but I soon woke up as I often do to turn on to my other side.
Fast forward to the next morning, my mom woke me to ask if I wanted breakfast. Being the person I am, I quickly got out of bed and went into the kitchen. The food was almost done, but needed about another minute so I decided to walk around the kitchen. I don't know why my attention was drawn slightly above and left of my family's large freezer, perhaps intuition or my absolute fear, but right there, just sitting on the wall was a juvenile cockroach. I looked at it for a moment before slowly walking away, as it was giving me horrible goose bumps. I turned around to look at it when I was about 10 feet away, and for a second it stood still, but then it walked in 3 perfect circles. I was creeped out, mainly because it's a cockroach and because it reminded me of the fly in the first Ring movie. It didn't give me a negative feeling, just creeped me out. I'm not sure if it's a sign or something else. Any theories would be helpful.

Well the symbolism of a cockroach can be two things. The first one is that of resilience, strength, and life from them being so hard to kill. The second, is that of waste, filth, or destruction.
Perhaps it is there to be a warning to you of something that will happen that you will have to be strong for.
Or, you might just need to clean your kitchen.
