My dreams come true-Help? By: Arterra Feb 24, 2018

Last night I had a troubling dream that I can only identify as an omen. This caused me to revisit something I often don't pay attention to - The fact that most of my dreams come true/are some type of omen for the future. This has been this way for as long as I can remember. I have never really paid any in-depth attention to this, and while I know certain things about myself (insane amount of dreams, strong intuition, etc) I'm just now really sitting down and thinking about what all this is in specifics and why all this comes about. Any recommendations on how I navigate this?
I have the same thing. It's called precognition. I'll just send you what @KAlt sent me to help with it. "Precognition is the direct knowledge or perception of the future. It is one of the most common forms of psychic abilities, and they occur mostly in dreams. It may be induced through trance, channeling mediumship, and divination. And usually the majority of precognitive experiences happen 24 to 48 hours prior to the actual event. However, the future is not set in stone as free will can alter the events that are predicted. Most theorists believe that precognition is simply a glimpse of a possible futurethat is based on present conditions and existing information that can easily be changed.
And to strengthen these abilities all you need to do is meditate. Clear your mind of everything else. It's that simple. Or start keeping a dream journal and track your dreams by writing them down as soon as you wake up. Also a good idea is to spend time opening and balancing your chakras, there are many methods on this website for that.
Good crystals for this particular psychic ability is lapis lazuli since it awakens the third eye chakra; yellow topaz since this stonebrings clarity; tiger's eye since this stone binds scattered thoughts which can prevent a deep meditative state; and moonstone which enhances intuition and psychic abilities.
Now some incense scents if that helps you in your meditation that is good for this is Acacia since in enhances psychic abilities; dandelion which aids in divination; hibiscus which is good for divination as well; jasmine flowers since this can aid in meditation and if in a tea also aid in prophetic dreams; kava-kava this isn't and incense but rather a natural supplement that you can find in pharmacies,it is a natural anti anxiety but it aids in visions; if you make a tea with nutmeg and drank before meditation it can promote clear sight and visions;and pine can aid in psychic illumination.
I pulled all this information from my book of shadows from various pages such as my precognition entry, herbalism entry, and crystal entry. I hope this helps at all. Also, you should start writing down your dreams, and once you start to actively meditate for this start keeping a log and write down after every session what happened, how you felt, and how you think you can improve."
