Spell Crafting & Fall out
By:
Hi there!
I just joined this Forum and I'm very excited about being here )
Have a question. When one is crafting their spells, how do you mitigate or lessen any unforseen fallout or consequences resulting from your spell? Is there a particular chant that is vocalized during the casting process? The Dictionary defines 'fallout; as a secondary & often lingering effect, result or set of consequences. I added this definition so that I was clear about my concerns.
Thanks to all in advance for helping me, I really do appreciate the feedback:)

Everything you do has consequences. Every spell you do will have some sort of consequence. Whether it is good or bad depends on the spell and your intent. If it's a good spell, like healing for example, you should experience good consequences. If you do a "bad" spell, like a curse or a hex, then you'll experience negative consequences. It's just what happens. What you put out there comes back to you in varying degrees depending on your beliefs. One of the key points when learning magic is to accept responsibility. If you cast a spell, then you have to take responsibility for the consequences. It's like cause and effect. Everything has a cause, and everything has an effect. No one, no action, and no magical working is free from this.

A good way to avoid the bad consequences that can happen is to choose your words carefully. Something that I personally add to all my spells is "Harming none in it way, bad shall pass and good will stay, no ill intention on this day this is my will so more it be!" This just binds your spell from negative activities, and should help with some good karma from the Three Fold Laws.
