She's trying to curse me

A fellow witch who sexually assaulted me in the past is trying to curse me, sending me on a quest to find and use every possible healing and protecting spell I can find.
What are your tips when a fellow witch is attempting to curse you?

Cleanse, banish, protect. The only way you can be cursed is if you allow yourself to be.

Oh my, I hope everything is okay.

You can use many banishing spells and items (like prsona said) to aid in this situation, black salt is great if you want to banish negative energies from entering your home, for someone you don't like not to have the idea of entering your home..etc.

Or you can post banishment sigils around your home or on your front door and bedroom.

Personally I feel that if you let your guard down, and let this person take advantage of your free will, you may or may not recieve this wish. Build up this protection against hexes by meditating and enhancing that all-around spiritual journey.

I hope everything goes well and nothing seemably wrong happens!

xx

I'm so really sorry to hear what happened. I'm fairly new but given your situation I thought I'd share some cleansing advice I've gotten. Hanging a bay leaf above doors and windows can prevent negative entities from entering your home. Sage and salt are always good things to turn to if you need a last minute protection method. If you have any gems/crystals/stones that are good for protection put them around your home and carry one your pocket. I've heard that cumin mixed with salt can create some really strong barriers. Also, mandrake is a very powerful protection and cleansing herb (get it in incenses or essential oil form though cause the plant is highly toxic if not handled properly). A woman who works at a spiritual store near where I live gave me the following recipe for a cleansing spray.

Things needed:
- rubbing alcohol
- sage essential oil
- lavender essential oil
- tea tree essential oil
- small, empty spray bottle

Steps:
1. Open spray bottle and fill about 1/2 way with the rubbing alcohol
2. Add 2-4 drops of each essential oil listed above into the spray bottle (adding more or less is fine)
3. Put the spray bottle cap back on tight and shake until everything is mixed in well
4. Now the spray is ready to use

I hope I was able to help. I wish you the best and hope you're able to get this situation under control. I'll let you know if come across anymore tips/advice.

One other thing to bear in mind is to not neglect yourself in all of this. Cleansing, banishing, and putting up barriers is indeed a powerfulittle trifecta during the moment. But then you want to ensure lasting change by also working to uplift yourself above the source of attack. The more energy and effort you spend in protecting yourself, the more you hold on to your sense of fear and vulnerability. And so the more you feed the validity of those attacks.

Spend at least part of your time in Self reflection. Ask yourself why you feel vulnerable. Where is there an unbalance in your life that makes you give this other person your power. Why are you allowing this person to make you feel this way. The answers might be slow to come, but as you learn about yourself you will also reconnect to the authority within yourself.

It is like climbing a mountain. Another person might try and pull you down but their arms are only so long. Once you are out of reach all they can do is stand there and yell about. Your own journey only stops while you turn around to yell back. Why waste the energy when if you just keep moving forward their babbling will fade into the distance. Any individual can only bring you harm while you continue to stand there with them.

I sincerely hope this helps
