Astral projection?
By:
I was wondering how long it is between first sitting down and getting ready to astral project, and successfully doing it. In other words, how much of my time should I reserve to try astral projection this evening?

It really depends. Some people can be out in minutes while it may take a while for others. I'd recommend starting out with a decent amount of time especially if your new to it.

I usually set aside at least 20 minutes to relax, center, and meditate a while as a part of the process. I usually do a full-body relax, cleanse, some energy-working to open up and clear the meridians and chakras, then the actual process of working to go astral. Also consider how much time you might want to spend travelling if you succeed.

The easiest thing to do is just start the meditation and preparation when you crawl into bed for the night. It means you might fall asleep partway through... but it pretty much guarantees you aren't going to be disturbed or cut short . And, you can also include a dream intent or other directed thought for while you rest.
