Hey, so I suggest drinking some green tea it helps with losing weight and it's very simple to make it I'm sure you can find it at your local grocery store. And it can boost your metabolism system but please keep in mind we all have different bodies and it might not work since studies have shown that green tea does boost your metabolism depending on the individual.
I do suggest casting a success spell, drinking green tea, and walking every day for however long you wish! :)
