What does 9:11 mean?

Almost everyday I happen to check the time at 9:11. Or shopping either my total or change back is 9.11. This has been happening for at least 10 years now. Is this a warning? Is someone trying to contact me? Any information is greatly appreciated

I did some research on the matter for you, according to my sources seeing the number 9:11 means that new doors are open to you, it can also mean that you are neglecting your true path. The number seems to be related to divinity and leadership, despite my own research, only you can truely interpret what this number means for yourself.

there's many ways to interpret this. the logical way is merely coincidence. one day you made a note of the time, or the house number, cash total, or whatever being 9.11, 911, or 9:11 and your mind began to filter out instances where this did not occur. so stay calm and you'll be fine.

from more spiritual levels you could look into the numerological meaning behind 9, 11, or even 1 [you might even consider adding them together until you reach a single digit and looking up the meaning. so 9+1+1=11 1+1=2 therefore what does 2 mean] it could hold a deeper meaning to you. you might also consider what 911 means to you? is it a sign of danger? or do these numbers hold a special mean [lucky numbers, special date] you might also consider dream interpretations believe that sometimes things are in reverse, so instead the numbers should be 119 [if that holds anything special to you]

overall, i would research it as a neat piece of information, but i wouldn't worry too much that it's anything dire.

The number 9 usually ties in with the energies of mars, and represents decisiveness, action, and movement. In numerology it is one of the more significant numbers so it has a lot of details surrounding it, but in essence it can represent movement, change, conflict, aggression, and other 'active' qualities involving the creation of change.

11 is commonly referred to as a gateway number, for it appearing as the framing of a door. However this only really applies when it appears in a pair like 11:11. At least based on my knowledge, on its own, 11 represents two individuals (or two ideas or concepts) at odds with each other. Basically, two individual identities (One's) side by side. So the relationship of that pairing can be either harmonious (cooperative) or disruptive (at odds).

So putting the two numbers into context you get a sense of conflict activity and change combined with a pairing of ideas or individuals. heh. No wonder the western universal number to dial in emergency is 911. Seems apropo.

Quick note, most of my study around numerology is through Linda Goodman, who uses the hebrew-chaldean method. So naturally there are other perspectives out there as well.

Also, I treated the numbers as separate entities rather than combined as a whole. if you want to dig deeper, I would look up the significance of the number 2 as well, as it is the single integer the summ of 9-1-1 reduces to.

9.11 is when the twin towers came down. We all have that number engrained in our collective minds. It is coming up soon.

Thank you all I found this great article. "911 is of course the emergency number in the US and is also the day (9/11) of the attacks on the World Trade Center. Because of this, many associate 911 with being a bad omen however, long before either of these events 911 was identified as the Angel number for Lightworkers.

Lightworkers are very similar to Earth Angels and are here to help heal and nurture the planet and its inhabitants from fears and blockages"

Your mind makes connections between many instances, things that happen more often develop pathways in your brain which allows thoughts to pass through more easily, riding a bike for example, you could not have ridden a bike for months, but you're still able to do it. These pathways are hard to change and will can be created for strangest of things. Your mind might just be making connections between separate occasions of the same thing happening because it has happened so often, it is easy to remember when it last happened.

Or it could be something else.
