Firstly Caalm Dowwn. No reason to be anxious. If you are peristent sooner or later you will do this, every soul can. Then, explain to us the problem if you want to. You don't just press a button to AP, many different obstacles may be ahead in the way. In all honesty, the first place to start would be meditation. It sounds boring I know. Yet, it's where you as a being are strongest in appearance. You make your presence known to energies around you and the world you can not see with your eyes. It'll start slow, but when you are able to be completely relaxed, you'll be able to astral.
