I'm interested in the "candle meditation."

Can anyone give me more info on it please?

There is no singular thing called the "candle meditation," so I'm going to assume you're looking for some sort of guided meditation. You can google the phrase and find some stuff that'll help you out, but really, it's essentially just staring at a burning candle during meditation.
