One with nature?

Recently I have been having mood swings like crazy which seems normal for a 15 year old. But right before a mood swing I also have a image of a part of nature in my head. A water fall blue rose and A willow tree seem to be very common when this happens. After the mood swing I feel like I am being pulled into the ground I feel in a way a sort of energy. And then my mind fills up with a mental picture of my backyard and I see goldish yellow rings pulsating around the plants bushes flowers and trees in my back yard without going out there? Can someone help me undertstand this a little better?

i don't know how to explain it or what it means but i see similar images when my mood changes.it doesn't freak me out or anything its just odd.

tthis could be ur safe place trying to manifest also do u go dizzy b4 a mood swing , some people can feel the energy shift it happends every few months when the earths gravity pulls ,just after a energy shft things follow like anger or other emotions depending on how the energy field is pulling

Yea I get dizzy and even when i am not in a mood swing I still get dizzy
