Spell To Paranormal

Hello. I love the practice of magic and am very curious of paranormal things such as ghosts, spirits and the like. I am not sure if spirits are included since the definition seems to give the answer by itself, but is there a spell or simple way to communicatte with a ghost or other worldly exhistant by making an at home thing. Something along the lines of a ouija board..I just can not get a ouija for certain reasons(it isnt because I'm "not alllwed" since I am 18 but because I have limited funds.

There are some ways of communicating with a spirit or entity, such as these:

An Ouija Board - This is probably the most common tool used to do such a thing. Some research should be done before using one, though. One can be home made.

A Candle - This way is less common but a way nonetheless. It's used for " Yes and no " questions, not for a " conversation ".

Tarot Cards - Tarot cards can be used to communicate with spirits, however, you must study the cards or know their meaning.

A Medium/Psychic - A person with the ability of speaking to entities.
