Dream Help,

So I have tried alot regarding my dreams. I get prophetic dreams sometimes once a month, sometimes more or less. I tried having a dream journal it does help sometimes. I also tried buring incense herbs as well as oils before bed such as mugwort to help make these dreams more frequent. It did not help sadly. I noticed I get these dreams out of the blue and without any rituals done before hand. I am thinking that this maye a sign that there is nothing I can do about this and that they just come and go on there own.

Anyways while doing research today I heard of the god morpheus, god of dreams. I have never done any deity worship at all. So I was wondering what should I do, could this deity help? should I pray to him before bed? do offerings? meditate? an does anyone think this will help with my prophetic dreams?
