I was watching an anime and it turns out a song in the anime repels spirits after a while. It's called lilium saint version. Listen to it enough to get rid of the spirit and then wait 101 days to use it again.

Say leave as it is playing and keep it on repeat until it is done. Any friendly spirit will leave too so if you have any you don't want to leave don't use it.

It is just meant to be a song, just because it says that in the story line does not mean it is actual fact.its like me believing in every word that comes out of the Charmed sisters about magic, once again like your anime its just fiction.

In theory there could be a legitimately usable chant in an anime, but take Kekkashi for example. No matter how hard you try you can't form a tangible barrier to entrap and destroy spirits, demons, etc... Many anime have supernatural themes and while some of them on rare occasion may hint at real magick such as meditation, energy channeling, etc...for the most part it doesn' correlate. You should take media magick with a grain of salt. I once heard that in some movies they purposely ruined realistic chants for superstitious reasons or simply made up Latin gibberish because they didn't want to even pretend to use magick, Example is how in the movie The Craft while calling the corners is real, though in a far less dramatic sense, the entity they summon is false. I also recall Hecate's name being mispronounced as Heck-tate in the show Buffy VS most likely on purpose for superstitious reasons.
