I totally agree on the medical first or at the very least put it in the mix. Magic is no substitute for good nutrition, just general self care, or for nipping a REAL problem in the bud. I use fasting for heightened clarity and have for many years while a friend of mine just forgets to eat when she is stressed 6" tall and 120lbs soaking wet. I usually know why I feel weird... she never does. Remember to eat & pay attention to possible allergies and meds that you are taking currently. For instance, Ibuprofen makes me feel empty and light headed even when I have eaten plenty and I never take more than the recommended dose. Some people are just sensitive to certain ingredients. Are you doing more caffeine than usual? Or more or less sugar than usual?
