I usually consider everyone to have "psychic" abilities. Most people have some degree of intuition, empathy, and affinity to divination.

The trick is to work on those things if possible, and in the case of divination, finding a method which suits you. Some take to dreams while others prefer tarot for example. Some have an affinity for both, others gravitate towards runes or ecstatic practices.

No way is "right" or "correct" as a whole; they are "right" and "correct" for individuals. How you work on them will also vary. A more fluid base is meditation for it can be altered for different religions and spiritual practice. It will help you focus and "open" up.
