Can magic be sufficiently praticed in africa?

I am from west africa I want to practice divination, but I discover that most of the items I need are not always available. What do I do?

Divination tools can be handcrafted from simple items, whether that be rocks or playing cards. Considering you have access to the internet I would recommend trying to find articles online that help you make them.

There are a few ways you can practice divination. And you can handmake pretty much Anything you need. Which you may find easier to use because you'll be much more connected with your tools. Was there a specific way you wanted to practice?
