I have a question about a dream state that feels like reality of wich i cant get out. Every night i enter a dream that horrifizes me there are doors wich i cannot open something is there with me, it only watches but it doesnt feel right. I can summon for help but it cant get in this place. It feels as if i'm bound to this. I already tryed to get to past life times to find out why and how but i dont find something conclusive. Been to several people to figure this out but they cannot see or understand. It is like reality on a diffrent plane of existenze.
It sounds more like a subconscious expression to me, than anything related to a past life.
Your mind may be expressing a deep fear of an inability to escape from some concept of danger.
Often doors won't open if the mind cannot concoct what is on the other side.
Try this: spend some time visualizing a safe, open place during meditation.
Start off visualizing you are there. Since the dream is an enclosed space, I would suggest an outdoors field, on a bright, warm, sunny day. There is freedom in every direction. If another type of environment works for you, then by all means visualize that.
Make it as vivid as you can.
Visualize yourself walking around in this environment.
The next step would be to meditate, and remember that place in the dream. Remember the doors vividly, as if you are in the dream. Force the door open in your mind's eye. It leads to the safe place.
Visualize walking through the door. Turn around. The door is gone. You are only in the safe place. You have left the other behind.
Thank you prsona it kind of helped. When the dream started again i opend the door went to my place of calm had a moment of peace and then it came in,i had closed the door behind me and it disapeard. But then the something came in not trough a door but more something like a tear. It didnt feel as bad as before and it didnt hurt or scare me, it just stands there. Dont know what to make of it, it does feel like i know this thing but i cant realy know sinds it doesnt comunicate. My "guide" was there with me and he didnt seem to be alarmed. So i'll meditate on this some more. Thanks for the tips
