Death + magick ability?

I agree with Seraphim. Being near or with someone who dies is likely to have a significant impact on our emotions. And our emotional stability will have an effect on our ability to do magic.

But understand too that this is not a permanent effect. As one's emotions become stable once again and the grief and upset pass then their effect on one's magical ability will pass as well.
