For me it's my Nana's bible with her flower in it and some prayer beeds with an onyx cross pendant. As soon as I can find some I'm going to start carrying at least one vial of essential oils.

I always carry my amethyst-stone in my neckless. It helps me with headaces, when my energy is running low and when I cant think clear.

A bracelet made of hematite and I usually carry another crystal that I switch out day by day depending on what my intuition tells me to wear that day..
