Unfortunately, that requires full knowledge of what is going on with a person's consciousness while in a coma.
I don't any education on the subject, but due to the nature of what a coma is, I am fairly certain it is like when you are asleep. You might slip out or you may continually dream. It is really unclear and unfortunately no one can provide a good answer on that.

Just something I thought I would note: I once was in a medical coma for nearly a week. I had nearly died several times while in the coma, and at one point both my lungs and heart stopped functioning. The doctors did not think I would survive. I can vaguely recall during this time some very vivid visualizations that I had- some of which were spiritual in nature. While I don't wish to discuss them here, it is something I've pondered over to this day.

Just as Personified says. Two years ago I was seriously ill, and was going in and out of coma for nearly a month. I was the same too, in that I was clinically dead for six minutes.
The thing is, I didn't know when I was in a coma or not! But I know that I had vivid dreams!
I was so near death, that when I started to recover, the Consultant told me that I could not be "brought back again" without extreme brain damage.
I now carry a DNR card.
