Spirit Animals

I have a spirit owl who sometimes visits my dreams. Do any of you have spirit animals?

I have never been visited by my spirit animal, but I know it is the Cat.

I usually snubbed visualization meditations, but deep in one of them was where I found mine. I don't think it's quite "me," but my mentor says that if it let me name it then it is. She also says not to tell anybody the form of your spirit animal "only those you trust, trust, trust," but, hmm, if I can't figure out why it was so important to find my spirit animal in the first place, or how to utilize the form... mine's a serpent.

spirit animals are probably produced by subcounscious to solve tough crysis and emotional problems just ANOTHER of many amazing psychological defenses of humans :)
hey thats a guess but a though one for me its a fact for u it could be madness :)

Ye i forgot to mention subcionscious usually produces animal spirit of your liking or an animal that presents u the most,sometimes a total reflection of yourself

we have 3 guides animal,spirit and angel guide , most of the time we only see our main guide he will stand aside to allow other guides through if they need to comumicate with u , ur animal guide will transform only once so u can see their true form
