Merry meet everyone. For the past few months I have felt so disconnected from the spiritual realm and it has gotten increasingly worse in the past couple of weeks. I haven't been able to see auras, meditate, astral project, build up energy or anything. I have no clue what's going on. Are my chakras blocked? Am I allowing my body to rule over my true self? What am I being taught? Why could I be experiencing this? Please give suggestions or anything you feel when you read this. Thank you and blessed be
Sometimes we just hit a plateau and we have to accept it. Just keep working, take some time to look back at what you have learned and done so far.
Perhaps you should take a break from it. Stop trying to force the connection. Rest for a week or so and try it again.
There are many causes of this, each individual who experiences it has a different cause, sometimes many causes. Don't focus on it as a bad thing, see it as a point of growth or a change of path. Don't force yourself to correct it.
You are always connected. Those gifts are always there but there is mental/ psychic smog where we are filled with doubt, sorrow and stress. There are even environmental factors like mercury in retrograde where all information has trouble reaching its target and some people say the moon phases play a role. Don't worry things will change.

I personally find that some cleansing and meditation does wonders for me. I use white sage and i meditate with celestialite. Also calming music, i know this might not be overly useful but as I said it works for me and might be worth a go :)
Nature. It works for me to stop and look at the little stuff. Maybe grounding will rejuvenate you. Feel Mother Earth. Touch Her with hands and feet. Slow down a bit, even take a break. We all need rest time. It is not a bad thing, so worrying does no good. Just kick back, and take time to relax a bit. You'll be fine.

The use of mantras and affirmations are also excellent aids to get you back into meditation and on the right track.
Use a string of beads as a mala or buy/make one (many are inexpensive) and repeat your mantra or affirmation approximately 100 times in one sitting (108 is the Buddhist preferred number). Use the beads to keep count, don't count! It will put you into a meditative trance guaranteed and you'll be doing something to better yourself on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level.
