First of all, I didn't know where to put this thread, so my apologies for that. Well 5 months ago, I had a car accident. I lost my girlfriend. So since then I suffered from serious brain damage.Since the last month I was diagnosed with a panic disorder wwhich makes me panic about my life every day and every single hour. I don't really ask for spells to cure me, I'm just asking for some praying from you guys. I don't have any friends to care for me so I'm very lonely and before the accident I got bullied very hard by my college classmates. So all I ask is some mental support. Thanks for any response :)
I am so sorry for your losses, If you need any guidance in anything, please do not hesitate to msg me, for i will gladly be your friend and help you out!!
You'll be in my thoughts and prayers!
)O( blessings xxxx
I've lived my whole life with an anxiety disorder. some things that really help me are burning lavender incense and candles vanilla scents are also good there are different types of tea you can try that can help relax you . I also find being outdoors and coloring eases my symptoms. so sorry about your accident
I'm not sure if this quote helps you any, but I find it encouraging when I'm down; "Being brave isn't the absence of fear. Being brave is having that fear but finding a way through it." By Bear Grylls.
He was an explorer and has a number of other inspiring quotes attributed to him, but that's the one that's always stuck with me through thick and thin.

You are not alone... I feel the same way some days. I have no friends I always took care of people that did not care about me. I have suffered from Panic Attacks for almost 15 years. It took a long time for them to find meds to help me. But, the truth was that I learned that the stress and people I was around was the major factor. Pray and meditate, you will find peace, and true friends and happiness in your future. Believe in getting yourself better, focus on positive things. You'll see it will get better. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
