This isn't exactly a spell but it is of some sort. This is of my own creation by the way.

my Luck/Protection/Anxiety water;

1 part green tea leaves
1 part Bath Salts of a relaxing scent ( I used Lavender and Honey)
1 part water
1 part Lotus Flower and Honey dish-soap
mix and set in the sun

On making any spells or rituals, I always focus on the practical part, things that are phenomenal and just not set to work by some faith, as you have posted, one ingredient may can be termed as a ingredient suitable for terms of protection, that's the Lotus flower (Sacred to Lord Buddha), Buddhists use this flower as a flower of positivity and protection, rest of the things are yes' for soothing the self purposes and do will help.
