Third eye

Today I decided to channel the feelings of my third eye throughout my body and only felt rage from it. Is it possible that my third eye is angry with me?

possibly, but maybe do you have any supressed rage?

The third eye deals with insight. Your chakra isn't mad at you, maybe you're mad with yourself for something you did. Figure out what it is [meditate] and try to accept whats happened.

I have suppressed rage though not with myself there is only one thing I regret doing and I accepted the fact that I did it.

Clearly you don't since you still feel the rage. Admitting to your fault is step one, try releasing your anger in a possitive manner. Write a letter and burn it [symbolically releasing it] or climb a mountain and scream when you get to the top. Trust me, many times it's not as easy as saying 'I made a mistake' sometimes the memory clings to us and it takes more to get it off.
