So last night I had moon stone and aquamerine in my hands. I mediated with them for 11 minutes. During this time I felt a ball was trying to push my hands apart. The ball was in my hands with the crystals I was mediating on. The ball was light. It was the ball energy? Like was I creating the ball of energy ?
