Is there a Spell to get someone that you have never meet to get to notice you and want to talk to you via social media????

You can be the first to message, most spells either require a picture or visual of the person. We can't necessarily control their thought to make them message you, we can infleunce them, but as said before I think you should message him or her without relying on magick.
