Need good protection

I don't believe in god or any religion for that matter.
I seriously am creeped out though. I havrecently discover"shadowpeople"
exist, but before that I clumsily castes a spell without protection.
Now have a spirit who has said my name once, and from the corner of my eye,
keeps looking at me and Making me see things that aren't there. He hasn't done anything but creep me
Out. So I am wondering what he might be doing. I dont even feel his precedes.
What should I do? What could want?

You may have just opened a door that allowed the spirit to contact you. Try meditating and contacting the spirit and ask what it wants. So far nothing bad has happened so I wouldn't be awfully concerned.

Most likely its nothing bu curiosity or some harmless fun(well there version of harmless fun), so just talk to him, but also just in case you may want to be ready to have to drive him away.

One way for that is a bit on cruel side but it works(I`m using it its crude and "painful" not only for entity you want to get rid of but also any other i close vicinity of you).
Step 1: Gather energy A LOT of it is needed
Step 2: Create a bubble/area/zone from that energy around you
Step 3: Make that area extremely hostile for any being/entity without physical body(spin it like hurricane or a blender/ convert it into "fire"/"ice", or just use it to consume it [may not be a best idea] )
Alt. Step 2: focus it all in one point
Alt. Step 3: Detonate it/release it all in one burst no alterations in properties needed(may need to be used multiple times)
