1) Go to a remote place away from man on a New Moon
2) Choose a level piece of ground
3) At midnight, mark a circle of no less than seven feet in radius

8) You then take off your vest and shirt and smear your body with the fat of some newly killed animal, preferably a cat, mixed with aniseed, camphor, and opium.
