The weight loss spells that include vinegar have the best chance of working!
Vinegar stimulates bile production and bile is what emulsifies fat, so if you are having some stubborn areas, I would try them.
The one I used has water vinegar salt and cinnamon and it did a very nice job of helping me lose several pounds that has stayed off for a few days and I had chicken fried steak and double serving of loaded mashed potatoes that day!
Try it at night before you go to sleep and weigh yourself in the morning. Don't just jump on the scale it really needs sleep to work.
I know our weight fluctuates 5 pounds on no daily basis but I have not gone back up to that terrible number in days! My belly is feels different and I can tell that the fat is breaking down, my forearms are thinner, and I am getting pumped to do this in a regular basis.
Do not drink this Potion more than once every other day or you will get nauseous!
My grandmother is drinking this as well. Though she only uses one part vinegar and one part water. She has seen great results so far, too! :)

The only way to achieve long-lasting weight loss is through limiting your calories and increasing your exercise. And when I say limiting calories I don't mean skipping meals or substituting potions for meals. I mean learning how to make healthy choices about what you are putting in your body. If you want to lose weight and keep it off long-term then you have to change the way in which you eat and never go back to the old patterns. I was on a yoyo of gain and loss for many years with fad diets, but in the past year I lost 89 pounds by eating healthier foods and walking every day. Now that I have lost the weight I intend to keep it off by continuing to practice healthy eating, counting my calories, and exercising.

LOL, this is a potion I guess. But its not some long lost magickal secret either. This was on The Doctors on CBS about 2 weeks ago. Mixing vinegar with water and adding other stuff like cinnamon. You drink it before going to bed and it helps break down body fat. I will see if I can find a link to the episode.
Weight. It's something I've struggled with all my life. And yes, Lark and Brysing are bang on right when they say that exercise and healthy diet is the best way to go. But sometimes that's not enough, especially if you have complications like Pcod, thyroid, diabetes and so on. You need that extra push and sometimes even a prayer, especially if you want to avoid surgery or drugs.
Here's what works for me along with diet and exercise:
What you will need:
2 tsps Fenugreek seeds
2 tsps Coriander seeds
2 tsps Fennel seeds
2 tsps Barley seeds
What you need to do:
Boil the above ingredients in two glasses of water. Boil till the water evaporates to half a glass. Wait till it cools down and drink away.
I'm gonna try adding vinegar and cinnamon to this mixture and see if it helps
