Breath in through the nose out through the mouth!
As you breath in count slowly to three. Hold your breath for a count of three. Breath out slowly for a count of three. Hold your lungs empty for a count of three! Repeat twice more!
Now breath in for a count of three. Hold for three. Breath out for three leaving off the final hold. Allowing your breathing to return to its normal cycle. Repeat twice more.
Now breath in for three leaving out the middle hold and out for three!
In for two out for two!
In for one out for one returning to your normal base.
